Request of Vince Taylor to revoke CDP No. 1-98-100 permitting Caltrans to replace the Highway One Noyo River Bridge with a four lane, 87-ft-wide, 875-ft-long triple cast-in place concrete box girder bridge.

Date: Thursday, July 15, 1999

Time: Day's session begins at 9:00 A.M. This is scheduled as the last item of a very full day's agenda.   It will certainly not begin before noon, and possibly not until evening.

Hearing Procedures

You can testify at the hearing or in writing on or before the hearing date.   Written comments will be provided to the Commission if received at least 3 working days before the hearing.  Oral testimony will be limited, the time depending on the number of speakers. 

[Comment: at the initial hearing comments were limited to 2 minutes because there were many speakers.  Because this hearing is quasi-judicial in nature, and likely to be late in the day, the best support for revocation is probably to observe without speaking, unless you can add to the evidence supporting revocation.]
